Why does the password I always used before not work now?
Your old password no longer works because this is a brand new system and your old account no longer exists. Accounts are now optional and the best reason to create one at this time, is so that you don't have to enter in all your info each time you order. If you would like to set up an account, just click the "Sign in /Register" link at the top of the screen, then click the button "Create Account". You will be asked to enter a password: go ahead and enter in the password you always used before, or make a new one.
How to buy: Simply click on the gift certificate link at the very top of this page. Enter the recipient's name and then email. Then add your name and then your email. You may also enter an optional message. Check the box to acknowledge that Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Add the gift certificate to your cart. Double check that the emails are correct! Once the checkout is complete and the payment has been received for the order, the recipient will automatically receive an email containing the gift certificate details. How to redeem:
Now that we offer gift certificates, all customers will be presented with a Gift Certficate entry form on the second page of checkout. There is a place on the form to fill in the gift certificate number. The maximum available balance will always be applied to an order. If there is a remaining credit on the gift certificate after checkout is complete, the balance will be updated and the customer will be able to use the balance on a future order.
